Abstract:
Many important research areas are located in complex environments where the ground conditions are very limited, such as deserts, high mountains and forests. which are difficult to reach by vehicles and personnel. In complex environments, now available ground and traditional aeronautical exploration techniques are difficult to meet the requirements of current geological survey. And high-precision, large-scale detection data cannot be collected. In response to this problem, we propose a rapid detection technology based on UAV magnetic system, LiDAR and Oblique photography. To meet the requirements of low-altitude detection in complex areas, we have modified the communication system of the UAV to improve its communication distance and response sensitivity. Based on this technology, we conducted a large number of low-altitude aeromagnetic measurements on the complex areas of northwestern and northeastern China from 2017 to 2018, and achieved good results. We first use the LiDAR data and oblique photography data to establish the digital elevation model of the study area, and then plan the parameters of the UAV magnetic survey line and voyage according to the digital elevation model to ensure flight safety. Compared with ground and aerial measurements, UAV magnetic data had higher efficiency, can minimize the interference of human factors on the ground, and has greater advantages in detail display, and can detect any geological significance of magnetic anomalies. The comprehensive application analysis of data such as magnetic system, LiDAR and oblique photography of UAV can quickly and efficiently obtain effective geological structure information. The rapid detection technology of UAV not only can enter the complex areas that are difficult for vehicles and people to reach, but also can fully utilize the technical advantages of high-resolution, high-efficiency, high-security and low-cost of the UAV detection system, and has broad application prospects.
