Abstract:
The hydraulic properties were collected are important on the groundwater management. Although hydraulic tomography (HT) has been employed to determine the heterogeneous hydraulic properties distribution, there is no particular study yet on the reproducibility of the field study. In this study, two comprehensive sequential pumping tests on a single site, which were taken in two different years 2010 and 2012, are conducted and their drawdown data are analyzed by using the specific drawdown and inverse modeling to view the reproducibility of the experiments. Additionally, the data of same monitoring wells used in forward analysis, it may generate redundant problem. This study purpose to solve the redundant problems from forward modeling exercise, and the non-redundant method be demonstrated it is viable. Meanwhile, indicating that there are robust and accurate in the HT method.
