General Contributions in Atmospheric and Space Electricity

Session Description:
Research in atmospheric and space electricity (ASE) includes a broad array of topics beyond the obvious thunderstorm-related studies. This session is appropriate for abstracts related to fair weather and non-thunderstorm electricity, the global electric circuit, and non-thunderstorm effects of space charge and discharges in the atmosphere of Earth and other planetary bodies. Abstracts discussing theory and techniques for observations, experiments, and modeling of non-thunderstorm electrical conditions are suitable for this session. Reports on any topics in ASE that do not readily fit within the other sessions are encouraged.
