T046:
Tools and Resources for Geophysical Data

eLightning Session: This session will only be in eLightning format, an exciting new format that allows interactive, multimedia, electronic presentations and in-depth discussions. Learn more

Session ID#: 25328

Session Description:
A growing number of data tools and resources such as web interfaces, software packages, and mobile apps provide convenient access to geophysical data. They are used for research, in teaching, and by the general public and help to democratize the availability of geophysical data by removing barriers to entry. Many offer seamless data access, integration, manipulation, and visualisation that allow users to focus upon the science instead of data formats. In this eLightning session, developers of these geophysical tools and resources will present their products and will provide hands-on demonstrations.
