Session Description:
We welcome contributions related to development of experimental techniques that provide benchmark datasets; validation studies based on experiment, analytical and numerical models; and studies providing an assessment of uncertainty in predictions across scales. This session aims to bring together a diverse group of researchers from the range of disciplines, including but not restricted to contaminant transport in surface and subsurface hydrology, geological storage of CO2 and gas/oil recovery.
