Session Description:
Tour the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal Lake Borgne Surge Barrier (IHNC) and surrounding wetlands by boat. The IHNC storm surge barrier was constructed near the confluence of and across the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway and the Mississippi River Gulf Outlet.
