Session Description:
We invite contributions from all aspects of earth and space science that are using new and emerging technologies. This includes observation technologies such as the use of new instruments and sensor systems, ground based, AUV or satellite based etc. There are common design issues involved with these areas such as power, communications and data management which makes this session particularly useful for cross-topic exchanges. Different domains also tend to advance some areas more than others, so it is often the case that research teams can learn vital information from others working in different fields.
