Session Description:
Following a poster walk at 10:00am (PA11FÂ From a Moment to a Movement: Building Infrastructure to Sustain Scientist Engagement), we will continue the conversation about what it means to support scientists as they engage in policy, advocacy, and public outreach. We welcome ideas about strategies from volunteer-led organizations, nonprofits, and other key stakeholders, plus examples of how to overcome some of the institutional barriers to scientist engagement.
