Access to foundational data and scalable infrastructure in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud is leading to innovative solutions to sustainability problems. By combining authoritative massive datasets with state-of-the-art analysis tools AWS customers are able to analyze any volume of data without needing to acquire and store their own copy. We share examples of how the Amazon cloud is enabling innovate work in the sustainability space by leveraging access to open data in the cloud.
