Session ID#: 88166
Session Description:
After a few busy days of science and communication events, let’s sit down in a casual environment to chat about what makes outreach so important and why we are doing it. Join us to explore the increasing enthusiasm in the aquatic science community to embrace public outreach. We will meet at the conference center location for introductions and brief remarks by our guest communications experts. Then we will find a more casual environment to continue the conversation. We’ll discuss varied goals and approaches to outreach, giving participants takeaway tools to conduct their outreach more effectively.
