Science Activation: Reimagining Science Communication

Session Description:
Dr. Lucy Jones, of the Dr. Lucy Jones Center for Science and Society, will share her work to reimagine the way science is communicated with decision-makers, referencing her work for decades in this space with success in helping leaders shape policies that have been implemented in communities across the country in the public and private sector. This program is a collaborative effort between the Dr. Lucy Jones Center for Science and Society and the OSM organizing societies AGU, ASLO, and TOS. Lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
