Session Description:
What's the federal budget process? How does Congress make funding decisions? How can you be a part of the Congressional funding process? During this luncheon, you'll gain an understanding of how the federal budgeting and spending processes work and practice the skills you need to effectively engage your policymakers on funding issues. This program is a collaborative effort between the OSM organizing societies AGU, ASLO, and TOS. Lunch will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
