Abstract:
predictability of non-ideal transport phenomena may lie in capturing and representing the connectivity of subsurface media, and that new and innovative field methodologies are urgently needed to characterize this connectivity efficiently and cost-effectively. The lessons and insights from the previous and on-going research at the MADE site are sure to inspire new efforts aimed at understanding and predicting solute transport beyond what is possible today.
