Abstract:
Following the October, 2006 launch of the twin STEREO spacecraft into heliocentric orbits moving ahead of or behind the Earth, solar energetic particle (SEP) events can be observed from multiple locations at ~1 AU. With the spacecraft now converging on the far side of the Sun, we summarize the properties of the ~250 events that include ~25 MeV protons detected at either STEREO spacecraft and/or at the Earth, and their associated solar sources, up to this major milestone of the STEREO mission.
