Abstract:
Under the state program of modernization of Russian VLBI Network "Quasar", up to 2015, it is planned to construct two 13.2 m radio telescopes (RT-13) of the new generation in "Zelenchukskaya" and "Badary" observatories for operational and high-precision polar coordinates and Universal Time data support of the GLONASS system, and for communication with the international VLBI network and other agencies. Construction of this new radio telescopes have already been finished at the "Badary" and "Zelenchukskaya" observatories and currently they are in trial operation. Main specifications of the RT-13 antenna system and some results of tests will be presented. These new antennas will meet all requirements of the VGOS Observing Plan.
