ED53D:
Sharing Best Practices and Effective Models for Program Evaluation and Demonstrating the Impact of Your Education and Public Outreach Programs Posters

Session ID#: 8576

Session Description:
This session solicits presentations related to evaluation efforts of education and public outreach (EPO) programs. Continual pressure from funding agencies and other stakeholders has made evaluation a critical piece of all EPO programs. Demonstrating the impact of a program is more than reporting metrics and can include changes in participants’ awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors. We welcome presentations from evaluators and those who work with evaluators to highlight robust evaluation plans, evaluation tools, partnerships working with evaluators, and examples of successful program evaluations.
