Session Description:
This session will host a wide variety of contributions that provide examples of practical and engaging assignments for primarily lower-division undergraduate earth science classes. The goal of this session will be to share innovative, creative, and effective teaching activities and assignments that increase student understanding and engagement. These assignments may span a wide range of educational settings, from in class or lab to take-home activities. Educators from all realms of earth and environmental science are encouraged to participate.
