Session Description:
The Earth and space sciences play an important role in addressing many of the local, regional and global challenges we face.  This context can interest a broad cross-section of students in learning geoscience and can support their ability to learn.  This session will focus on research and practices that support learning about the Earth in its societal context.  We invite abstracts addresing all educational levels and contexts.
