Session ID#: 35921

Session Description:
Each year, AGU Sections and Focus Groups recognize the top 3-5% of student presenters through the Outstanding Student Paper Award (OSPA). This session brings together the 2016 awardees for a series of lightning talks on their research. Invited presenters will provide high level research talks that convey their objective, methods, and results in a manner understandable by the general AGU audience. An increasingly necessary skill in science is communication with broad audiences. This session showcases effective communication from emerging scientists on research topics from a wide array of content areas.
