Session Description:
The digital revolution guided by discipline based educational research (DBER) is transforming geoscience education.  Static textbooks are being displaced by on-line resources. DBER guides structuring these new methods to enhance learning by involving students and providing real time feedback to both students and instructors. Institutions and universities are encouraging faculty to take part in this change.  This session will explore efforts to create, distribute and test electronic learning systems.
