Accretion and Differentiation and Their Long‐Term Consequences for Planetary Evolution I Posters

Session Description:
Investigating the processes involved during planetary accretion and differentiation is crucial for interpreting the observed physical and chemical properties of planets. Processes such as giant impacts, core segregation, and mantle-crust differentiation have shaped terrestrial planets and affected their thermo-chemical structures on various length and time scales. In this session, we invite contributions offering a deepening of our knowledge of the evolution of Earth and other terrestrial planets. We welcome abstracts that take observational, experimental, numerical and theoretical approaches. Contributions may focus on any of the diverse physical and chemical aspects of planetary accretion, differentiation and evolution; including fluid dynamics of planetary interiors, impact modeling, constraints on chemical equilibria and physical properties of planetary materials, geochemical and geophysical observations.
