Browser Based Electrochemical Ion Chromatograph for Oceanographic Research

Abstract:
A portable ion chromatograph for oceanographic research will be presented. This instrument is based on the patent pending electrochemical analyzer from Analytical Instrument Systems Inc., Model DLK70 WebPstat. This instrument controls all aspects of an HPLC and performs electrochemical analysis simultaneously. The instrument performs electrochemical analysis of oxygen, sulfide, iron and manganese. The instrument also controls an isocratic pump, diode array spectrometer and newly designed light source for any HPLC analysis. Examples of operation and data collected will be presented.
