An update from the U.S. National Science Foundation, Division of Ocean Sciences, regarding recent developments in research funding, infrastructure, and education. A budgetary outlook and discussion of Division of Ocean Sciences initiatives throughout the Division portfolio will be presented. Rick Murray, Division Director, will provide a brief presentation, to be followed by a question-and-answer session. National Science Foundation Program Officers will also be present to provide additional information as needed.
